"Please grant us to visit Tohoku before the arrival of winter" On a precious day that God gave us, we left Tokyo early in the morning, saw the sunrise along the way.
We made it in time for worship service at Fukushima First Baptist Church. We were met with everyone's warm welcome. The members of the church became the neighbors for Mongol Kid's Home. They even set up an offering box dedicated for our ministry. We had a beautiful time of fellowship during lunch. As we were leaving the church, the pastor and all the members waved hands for us. We had such a warm time! I want to come again! I want to listen to the story of Elim again!
We headed to our next destination Shiogama. Gazing at a beautiful sunset we arrived at Tagajo. It was so nice to greet with the pastors that we haven't seen for years. We attended the Wednesday prayer meeting at Shiogama Bible Baptist Church. We were also able to make acquaintances with some new people.
God's blessings followed us throughout the whole day wherever we visited. There were so many more people that we wanted to see... perhaps next time. Lord, I will love Shiogama. We drove back praying for the churches, pastors and missionaries serving in Miyagi prefecture.
